Belgian Rail. Dot com redesign.

Belgian rail approached us to redesign their website, as their customers were not able to find what they were looking for online and were calling customer service instead.

We integrated and expanded upon their new brand, and we paid particular attention to the research and UX phases of the project, as Belgian Rail offers over a 100 different types of discounts to their customers.

I lead the project from start to finish, covering the extensive research period, as well as UX and UI design and coordinating between the design team and Belgian Rail’s development teams.
