Dot com redesign and platform move from Magento to Shopify. Patta asked us to redesign the website for better usability and performance.

The site went live with the limited edition Patta x Jordan VII collab launch, meaning it had to keep functioning with 400x normal traffic due to widespread use of sneaker bots.

I managed the project throughout briefing, concept, UX, UI, development, testing and go-live.
