I joined Rapha in 2007 as their first marketing manager - leading the e-commerce, brand and marketing team during it’s start-up phase. As with any start-up, tasks were varied; I was in charge of the marketing plans, produced the seasonal photoshoots, managed the website, coordinated between product and design team, printed brochures & books, created packaging & shop installations, organised events & rides, and was in charge of trade show presence.
